At Engrade, we highly value the privacy of our members and we have a strict privacy policy to ensure all of our users' information is private.

1. Our Promise - Engrade will never release any of our users' information without their express permission.

2. Email and SPAM - Engrade only emails users about matters directly related to their Engrade account such as: sign up confirmation, lost log in information, and new message notifications. Engrade does not and will never email users about commercial products. Engrade will never release a user's email address to any third party without the user's express permission.

3. Internal Messaging - Engrade provides users with its own internal messaging system. To prevent the SPAM associated with other messaging systems, Engrade only allows users to message other users with whom they have a confirmed relationship (such as student-teacher).

4. Cookies - Engrade uses cookies only for usability purposes, we do not store any personal user information on cookies. We currently use cookies in three ways: (1) to store a user's session while they are logged in; (2) to remember a user's account settings; and (3) to determine if the user's system is compatible with certain technologies such as Flash and JavaScript.

5. Grades - Engrade does not and will never release any student's grades to any third party without the student's (or parents') express permission.
